Conrad Press Shipping Information
Conrad Press ships domestically and internationally to virtually any address in the world.
We work with all of the largest shipping companies across the world to ensure that you save as much money as possible on shipping costs.
We'll choose the best carrier for your area, contact you about what days are best for delivery, and schedule your press shipment.
Domestic Shipments
We ship all of our presses FOB, Whitehall, MI (dock to dock) on LTL trucks (Semi-trucks), so it's important that you let us know about any delivery obstructions like narrow roads, unpaved roads, or gravel driveways before we ship your press.
The Semi-truck driver will only be required to wheel your press out of the truck and leave it at curb. It will be your responsibility to get the crate from curbside to your studio.
Inside delivery
Inside delivery may be available based on your address and studio location for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information when you place your order.
Liftgate services
Liftgate services are available for all tabletop presses as well as smaller floor model presses. Any press with a shipping weight of 1,750 lbs. or more will require a truck height loading dock or forklift to unload your press from the semi-truck.
You will be responsible for removing your press if a loading dock or forklift is required.
White glove press delivery & installation
Based on your location and needs, we can delivery and install your press for an additional fee. Although not cost effective for most printmakers, we are happy to provide this service for artists who want a personal touch.

International Shipments
International press shipments can be shipped with either "Port-to-Port" or "Door-to-Door" shipping methods based on your location and budget.
We ship all international orders "Delivery Duty Unpaid". Thus, we do not collect or remit any international taxes, customs, or duties for the customer. You will be required to pay any and all entrance fees at the time of accepting your shipment. We are unable to estimate these fees as they vary based on country and product.
We only charge the cost of shipping, crating, and related paperwork fees for international orders.
