Overview
The Conrad E-37 etching press is the ideal table top press for large scale printing. With an expansive printing area of 36.5" x 60", the E-31 inspires you to print big knowing you have the precise pressure capabilities of a professional floor model press.
With the spirited E-37 press design's larger sealed bearings, increased roll sizes, and celebrated Conrad planetary geared reduction drive, high pressure prints like etching/intaglio, photo gravure, and solar plates are a pleasure to pull. The larger Conrad S-2 geared planetary drive coupled with a large spoked wheel provides a natural, ergonomic printing experience on the heaviest pressure settings.
The 36.5" x 60" bed floats through the press on 8 evenly balanced support wheels allowing the printmaker to print lighter pressure work like monotypes, linocuts, wood blocks, letterpress type, and other relief techniques with finesse.
