Conrad E-24 Tabletop Etching Press (24" x 48")

The Conrad E-24 is the perfect professional-grade table top printmaking press for artists who want the ability to print half sheet sized prints. With a generous printing area of 24" x 48", the E-24 offers the performance and options of a larger floor model etching press in smaller package.

The E-24 etching press design leaves nothing to chance. With its gearing and oversized rolls, it's well equipped to smoothly handle the demands of high pressure work like etching/intaglio, photo gravure, and solar plates. The Conrad geared planetary drive gives the printmaker a smooth, ergonomic printing experience with two diffferent handle configurations. You can choose between the polished solid aluminum hand crank for a familiar feel or upgrade to a spoked drive giving you more natural leaverage and a smoother printing experience.

The 24" x 48" bed gluides fluently through the press, riding on 8 custom made support wheels allowing the printmaker to print lighter pressure work like monotypes, linocuts, wood blocks, letterpress type, and other relief work with ease.
